Q: How can I track my order?

A. Once your order has shipped, you will receive your Shipping Confirmation by email and it will include the tracking # for your order. 

Q: I’ve just submitted an order, how can I make changes to my order?

A. Once an order is placed it cannot be modified as orders are typically processed and shipped very quickly. Q: Do I get free samples with my order?

A. Yes, we provide a free deluxe sample in each order.

Q: Can I pick up my order at Vivier Pharma head office?

A. All orders are shipped directly to your address of choice. In person pickups are not available.

If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message and Customer Care team will return your call within 24 hours or the next business day.

To best serve you please have the following information ready for us:

  1. Your credit card information (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover).
  2. The names of the products you wish to order. If you need help choosing your products, our dedicated Customer Care team can help you select the most suitable solutions for your skincare needs.
  3. Your shipping address.

All telephone orders will be processed through our secure payment gateway at the time of purchase. We do not keep your credit card information on file.
