Only items purchased at vivierpharma.com can be returned through vivierpharma.com. For items purchased elsewhere please contact the original point of purchase regarding your return.
To be eligible for a return at vivierpharma.com, you must satisfy the following requirements:
- Item(s) must be in its original packaging with all parts and promotional items (e.g. gift with purchase)
- Item(s) must not be altered or damaged
- Obtain authorization from Vivier Pharma and receive a Return Authorization number (RA#). Please note any returns sent to us without an RA# clearly identified on the outside of the package will not be accepted.
- A copy of the email issuing the RA# must be included in the returned package.
- Must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date
To complete your return, please follow these simple steps.

- Carefully package all returned item(s) in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible to pay for return shipment charges. Vivier Pharma is not responsible for returned packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. To ensure that we receive the package we recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
Shipping & Handling fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by vivierpharma.com or damaged in transit. All other Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.
Should you happen to receive a wrong product due to a shipping error or if the product is damaged in transit, please complete the online RA form by clicking here and check the box indicating “Received in Error” or “Damaged in Shipment”.
Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receipt of the returned product. Refund approval is determined by Vivier Pharma once your return is received or inspected. If approved, you will be reimbursed on the credit card used for your original purchase.
Returns that do not meet the Return Policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned to the customer upon request and at customer’s expense.
Returns acceptance is at the sole discretion of vivierpharma.com. Vivier Pharma reserves the right to refuse any return. Vivier Pharma also reserves the right to modify this Returns Policy at any time.
