Return Policy

  1. Return Period:
  • If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from vivierskin.ca, you may return your products within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that returns will not be accepted after the indicated 30-day return period.
  1. Return Process:
  • Only items purchased on vivierskin.ca may be returned. For items purchased from one of our authorized retailers, please contact the original point of purchase regarding your return.
  • To initiate a return, please email us at onlinecare@vivierpharma.com with the following information:
    • Your order number
    • The name of the product(s) you wish to return
    • The reason for your return.
  • Upon eligibility, a return authorization number and return instructions will be provided to you by email.
  • If you received free product or promotional items with your purchase, these items must be included in your return to obtain a full refund.
  • Returns must be mailed or shipped within 5 business days of receiving the return authorization number.
  1. Refund Process:
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed once we receive it, and for the refund to be issued to the original payment method.
  • You will receive email confirmation once your return is received and once the refund is issued. Please note that your financial institution may have additional processing time.
  1. Return Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for return shipment charges; no prepaid return labels are provided.
  • Vivier Pharma is not responsible for returned packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking and insurance to ensure safe delivery.
  1. Shipping Fees:
  • Shipping fees are eligible for refund only when the original items were either shipped incorrectly or damaged in transit. All other shipping fees are non-refundable.
  1. Damaged Items:
  • Items received damaged from transit are eligible for return, provided Vivier Pharma Customer Care is advised within 3 days of receiving the damaged items. Please email onlinecare@vivierpharma.com for further instructions.
  1. Shipping Discrepancies:
  • Contact us directly at onlinecare@vivierpharma.com within 3 days of receipt to report any shipping discrepancies. Vivier Pharma is not responsible for discrepancies reported after 3 days of receipt.
  1. Conditions and Exclusions:
  • All returns are subject to review by Vivier Pharma. Vivier Pharma reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny any returns if the Returns Policy is not respected by the customer.
  • Returns that are denied will not qualify for a refund.
  • The 30-day satisfaction guarantee does not apply to employee purchases under the Staff Sale Program.
  • Vivier Pharma reserves the right to modify or change this Returns Policy at any time.
