How long does a bottle of Kine-C last?
With twice daily use of 2-3 drops per application, a bottle will last approximately 3-4 months. For maximum efficacy, we recommend the product be used within 6 months after opening.
It is important to note that due to the high level of pure and potent L-Ascorbic Acid USP in the formula, it is normal for the formula to yellow over time due to air and light exposure. This natural color change does not substantially affect the product's efficacy. Should your serum turn an orange/deep amber, it is best to replace the product. To maximize product shelf life, store your serum at room temperature and ensure the dropper cap is tightly sealed after each use.
Can Kine-C be used with retinol?
Yes, Kine-C is suitable to use within the same daily skincare routine as retinol.
Due to the fact that Kine-C has a low pH and retinol is most effective at a higher pH we recommend using one of the following three strategies for maximum results:
1. Wait at least 30 minutes after applying Kine-C before applying your Retinol
2. Use Kine-C in the morning and Retinol in the evening
3. Use Kine-C and Retinol on alternating evenings

When & how should I apply Kine-C?

Although some prefer applying serums directly from the dropper, to prevent potential contamination, we recommend dispensing 2 to 3 drops of Kine-C into your palm and using fingertips to apply a thin layer to face, neck, chest, and back of hands as desired. A general rule to follow when layering products is to apply them from thinnest to thickest texture.
What colour should Kine-C be?
L-Ascorbic Acid USP (pure Vitamin C), the primary ingredient in Vivier’s Vitamin C serums, may gradually develop a light-yellow hue over time. This natural color change does not substantially affect the product's efficacy. Thanks to our propriety IDS delivery system which shields naturally unstable Vitamin C molecules from oxidation, our serums are known to maintain their clarity and efficacy longer than other Vitamin C serums on the market.
To further maximize the shelf life of your Kine-C we recommend tightening the dropper securely after each use, storing your serum at room temperature, and using it within 6 months of opening to ensure optimal results. Should your serum turn an orange/deep amber, it is best to replace the product.
How long does it take to start seeing results?
Many of our customers see and feel an improvement in their skin in as little as one use, however, individual outcomes may vary. Given the natural skin cycle is approximately 28 days long, when used consistently and as directed, customers tend to see significant, noticeable results in as little as 4 weeks. We recommend taking before and after pictures to assist in tracking progress.
Is Kine-C safe to use after professional procedures?

What's the difference between Kine-C and C E PEPTIDES?
Kine-C and C E PEPTIDES are formulated with similar key ingredients with a few important differences, making them better suited for different skin types.
Kine-C is formulated with 10% L-Ascorbic Acid USP and 2 Peptides, while C E PEPTIDES is formulated with 10% L-Ascorbic Acid USP, Vitamin E and 3 Peptides. The addition of Vitamin E and a third peptide makes C E PEPTIDES a richer, more hydrating formula best for drier skin types, while Kine-C is oil-free and ideal for oily and combination skin types.
