If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from vivierskin.com, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of the purchase date.

Only items purchased at vivierskin.com can be returned through vivierskin.com. For items purchased through one of our authorized retailers, please contact the original point of purchase regarding your return.

 

No returns will be accepted after the indicated 30-day return period.

To complete your return, please follow these steps. 

Within 30 days of the purchase date, email onlinecare@vivierpharma.com and provide your Order # along with the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return. An RA # will be generated and provided to you by email. Carefully package all returned item(s). If you are returning a program or kit, all individual items must be included in the return package.

Clearly indicate the RA# on the outside of your return package. Please note any returns sent to us without an RA# clearly indicated on the outside of the package will not be accepted.

        Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return and refund to the original payment method. Your financial institution may have additional processing time. 

         

        Return Shipping

        Customers are responsible to pay for return shipment charges. Vivier Pharma is not responsible for returned packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. To ensure that we receive the package we recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

        Shipping Fees

        Shipping fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly or damaged in transit. All other hipping fees are non-refundable.

        Damaged Items

        Items that are received damaged from transit are eligible for return providing that Vivier Pharma Customer Care is advised within 3 days of receiving the damaged items. Email onlinecare@vivierpharma.com for further instructions.

        Shipping Discrepancies

        Contact us directly at onlinecare@vivierpharma.com within 3 days of receipt to advise of any shipping discrepancies. Vivier Pharma is not responsible for any discrepancies reported after 3 days of receipt.

         


        Conditions and Exclusions

        Please note that all returns are subject to our review. We may deny, at our sole discretion, returns on products purchased and returned from the same customer more than once, or upon signs of abuse of the policy. Returns that are denied will not qualify for a refund. The 30-day satisfaction guarantee does not apply to Staff purchases under the Clinic Staff Program.
