RETURNS POLICY

Vivier Pharma is committed to ensuring you have the best shopping experience and we are honored to have you among our valued customers. As part of our dedication to your care, we strive to exceed your expectations with the skin care solutions and service we provide. If you are unsatisfied with any product purchased online with us at vivierskin.com, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date.

Only items purchased at vivierskin.com can be returned through vivierskin.com. For items purchased elsewhere please contact the original point of purchase regarding your return.

To be eligible for a return at vivierskin.com you must satisfy the following requirements:

  • Item(s) must be in its original packaging with all parts and promotional items (e.g. gift with purchase)
  • Item(s) must not be altered or damaged
  • Obtain authorization from Vivier Pharma and receive a Return Authorization number (RA #). Please note any returns sent to us without an RA # clearly identified on the outside of the package will not be accepted.
  • Must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date
To complete your return, please follow these steps.

  1. Review the entire returns policy
  2. If you meet the eligibility requirements, email onlinecare@vivierpharma.com and provide your Order #. An RA # will be generated and provided to you by email.
  3. Carefully package all returned item(s) in their original packaging
  4. Clearly indicate the RA# on the outside of your return package
  5. Ship your returned item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date to:

Please allow up 2 weeks to process your return and refund to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible to pay for return shipment charges. Vivier Pharma is not responsible for returned packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. To ensure that we receive the package we recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

Items that are received damaged from transit are eligible for return providing that Vivier Pharma Customer Care is advised within 2 days of receiving the damaged items. Email onlinecare@vivierpharma.com for further instructions.

Shipping & Handling fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly or damaged in transit. All other Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that all returns are subject to our review and we reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment. We may also deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once. Returns that do not meet the Return Policy criteria will not qualify for a refund and may be returned to the customer upon request and at customer’s expense.

If your return is approved, then a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Vivier Pharma also reserves the right to modify this Returns Policy at any time.
